Project Summary
Sold to one of our loyal clients in Indonesia, this was our first project as a newly formed company, Natgas provided a complete EPC turnkey solution, building a new 40mmscfd LPG Extraction plant with five 1380HP compressor rental packages on a 5-year lease and purchase option at end of contract. On a separate contract we provided 24-hour “Hands Free” Operations & Maintenance of the entire facility including; Plant Management of Technicians, Operators, Maintenance & Emergency Spare Parts, Lube-Oil & Chemicals and Loading of Product, 24-hours a day with a 95% mechanical availability uptime guarantee. The plant receives natural gas from an offshore receiving facility and enters the plant at 300psig where the inlet compression boost the pressure to 950psig to the process where the gas is chilled via turbo expander and LPG and condensate extracted then stored for loading. The residue compression boost pressure back up to pipeline pressure where the gas is transport to a local power plant.
